Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference. Papers must be written in English; they should be at most 12 pages long in total, including bibliography and well-marked appendices. The paper should be intelligible without its appendices.

Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and published by Springer. Accepted papers must follow Springer’s guidelines for the IFIP Series, available at http://www.springer.com/series/6102 (see Manuscript Preparation in LaTeX for contributed books, under the link “Author Templates”). A LaTeX source file will be required. At least one author of each accepted paper must register with the conference and present the paper.

All papers must be submitted in electronic form through the web. The website for the electronic submission can be accessed via the link http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ifipsec2009. Papers submitted after October 20, 2008 will be discarded without review.
